Other things to note PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BELOW BEFORE BOOKING: – Maximum occupancy per night is 4 people. – Visitors: Guest has to get approval from homeowner to invite visitors onto the property for a social gathering. – Smoking is NOT allowed in the house. Smoking is only permitted in the back yard. Evidence of smoking will cause the entire security deposit to be forfeited and at owner's discretion party may be asked to vacate the property. – No events of any kind are allowed on the property. -Quiet time: the neighborhood has quiet hours from 9pm to 9am, every day of the week. This is a quiet residential area, so only guests are allowed in the home visitors are approved by homeowner. - Guest acknowledges that one of the attractions of our home is its quiet and relaxing location, and acknowledges their part in keeping our neighborhood quiet and relaxing. – Parking: maximum of 3 cars allowed. Cars can be parked in the driveway or in front of the house. No Pets allowed. Security camera on the garage (facing the driveway).
