Check in with a secure smart lock code that is provided to you prior to arrival. There is parking in the side of the building for 1 vehicle, with overnight street parking also. The property owner is renovating the other apartments as well, construction noise during the day. It is an old historic building, full of charm and other tenants. Pet fee - $125 is per pet and a second pet is charged extra $125 . You are required to send a photo of your pet as well as vet records. Only small pets are allowed under 50lbs.
