Guest access An access code will be given before you arrive to enter the private Waipipi Community. There is a lock box on the property for entry of our Holiday home. The whole house is yours to use during your stay. Other things to note Although the site is called Air BnB, mine and many other Air BnB properties do not provide breakfast. However we provide tea, coffee, milo and a few snacks. Waipipi community has a speed limit of 30 at all times, as children are often out on their bikes etc Please note that we are on the West Coast, it can get extremely windy at times.
