Are you looking for peace and quiet in nature, but at the same time want to make a trip to the city? Then you've come to the right place. Located in the countryside, the city of Dresden or Lake Senftenberg are only about 30 minutes by car. You can also spread out from us by bike in all directions, whether nature or city, everything is possible. Or you can simply enjoy the tranquility in the middle of a small farm and make yourself comfortable with us. The space The property is located in a quiet location in the back of our property. It is a separate house with 2 separate vacation rentals. You may only share the bathroom and hallway with other guests. This place is only accessible indoors via an open elevator. From the terrace there is then an external staircase. There is also a small, covered seating area outside in the garden under a tree. Smoking of all kinds is only allowed in outdoor areas. During your stay My parents and I are available at any time for questions and recommendations. Other things to note We have a small farm with sheep, goats, chickens, ducks and 3 dogs, 2 of which are not free-range on the property. If you are lucky, the rooster crows in the morning, but you will receive, if available, a few fresh eggs as a small welcome gift. There is a bakery right in the village, about 800 meters from the property. Our accommodation is ideal for a break and simply switching off, as well as a family vacation, for hiking enthusiasts, cyclists, etc. Right by the vacation home, nature invites you to take walks and bike rides. On the well-developed network of bike paths in the nearby area, you can reach, for example, the Königsbrücker Heide, the “Grünewalder Lauch” and the “Senftenberger See” on safe paths, away from the main roads. The city of Dresden, the Lausitzring (Eurospeedway) are only approx. 30 minutes by car, the Spreewald approx. 45 minutes, Saxon Switzerland approx. 1 hour by car and Berlin can be reached via the A13 highway in about 1.5 hours. Whether nature or city, everything is possible or you can simply enjoy the tranquility in the middle of a small farm and make yourself comfortable with us. The bathtub can be used for €15 per water filling (usually enough for 2 uses, since without chlorine) during your stay. The sauna can be used for €20 (set up and electricity) + €10/person for at least 4 hours. E-bikes can be charged for €1/day. You will find the following in the surrounding area: Böhla - a bakery right in our village (closed Mondays), village pond and pond landscape outside Böhla's Linz - bowling alley, restaurant Ortrand - a variety of shopping, restaurants, train station, outdoor swimming pool Thiendorf - restaurants, McDonald's, Burger King Lauchhammer - modern indoor leisure pool with new large sauna area, a variety of shopping options and restaurants Schwarzheide – cinema, large-capacity nightclub, a variety of shopping, restaurants, train station Moritzburg – Moritzburg Castle, Fasanenschlösschen Moritzburg, Moritzburg game reserve Dresden – Elbepark (shopping center on the A4), historic old town, various restaurants, museums, castles, theaters, the Semperoper, zoo and much more.
