Le Batelier

Chateau Grimard was built at the end of the 13th century and is immediately next to the River Lot . It is set amongst vineyards and sunflower fields, with 8 hectares of land all which can be used by guests. The Chateau has 3 gites, all of which have sufficient privacy. Guests can swim in the river, kayak, and there is also a large shared salt water swimming pool. Wifi. The historic town of Puy L’Eveque is five minutes drive away. The space This gite is located in the courtyard of the Chateau. It has a cozy sitting area , TV with french channels, an open and well equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, fridge/freezer etc etc. Dining table and chairs. Wifi. There is also a washing machine, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner. From the sitting area you have direct access to an outside terrace with an outside dining table, parasol and BBQ. Bedroom 1 ( mainfloor ) double bed with direct access to the bathroom with shower, bidet, and double sinks. First floor: Landing with children’s corner and sofa Bedroom 2 : 2 single beds Bedroom 3 : 2 single beds Guest access The whole gite is available. Other things to note Around the Chateau there is a moat filled with water which could be dangerous for little children. Children must be under parental supervision. This also applies to the direct access to the river.
