This apartment has some peculiarities that make it very cozy when it comes to living in it. It's beautiful to get up and be able to see the view of the park. It is located in an ideal area as it is 400m from Federico Lacroze Station, 200m from the metro/subway and many bus stops that allow you to easily access any point in the city. Other things to note The building offers a community pool and a rooftop terrace with a grill on the top floor, with a limited capacity of people. It offers beautiful 360 views of the City. The apartment is located in an ideal area. That is, being in such a central area, it may be noisy at some times of the day. I'm clarifying this in case someone is really sensitive to noise.
