The wide private decks and balconies are ideal for enjoying the crisp, clear sunsets of the dry season. Our secluded location ensures unmatched tranquility, but requires clear logistics. The property is located 5 minutes from Cerro de Oro and is primarily accessible by lancha (water taxi). You MUST coordinate with us the boat access for your first trip. Our staff will be waiting at the private dock to assist with luggage and orientation. We can arrange private airport transport and boat transfers to other lake villages & more. Note on Mobility: Since the house cascades down the hillside, there are several stairs outside the property. Unfortunately, this may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility or for managing heavy strollers. As hosts living in Atitlán, your wellbeing is our priority. We want your stay to be safe. Due to limited local infrastructure we strongly advise extreme caution when swimming in the open lake, especially with young children. But we have nearly 35 meters of flat beach that can be enjoyed by everyone. Many life jackets and some water inflatables are also available. We are here to help you discover the magic of Atitlán. She’s the little local girl who’ll brighten your days. Pet Etiquette: If you’re bringing your furry friend along, remember that it’s Bella and Lina’s turf.
