Galpón House in Cahuil

Come and experience the countryside-sea experience, a beautiful house located in a forest just 2 minutes from the heart of Cahuil and 8 km from Punta de Lobos, but isolated from noise and crowds, perfect for disconnecting and enjoying with your loved ones. Almost 1 hectare of land, with a variety of native trees, fauna of the sector and a nice view of the valley and the sea. New to the lodging business, but with all the willingness and desire to share our home. The space Fully equipped house for 7 people, with large living-dining-kitchen (open concept). High terrace equipped with a gas grill. Room layout: * 1st bedroom = double (king size bed) + bathroom (with shower) * 2nd bedroom = two beds (1.5 square) + bathroom (with tub) * 3rd bedroom = three beds (1 person), one is a trundle. There is a third guest bathroom at the entrance (no shower/tub). Guest access The house is located in a rural condominium, going up from Cahuil along Camino el Ciruelo (1.2 km along route I-520, paved road). It is the first access to the Millaco estate (white gate on the right if you go up). The road to the condominium is generally good, but for the last 50 m, low cars must travel slowly so as not to hit anything (4x4 only with a lot of rain). It is recommended to arrive during the day to follow the directions more easily. Other things to note WATER based on pond and replenishment with water truck. Here we are very aware of its use, please do not waste. GARBAGE There is no pick-up service. Please separate glass and plastic bottles, and take them with your trash to the designated areas in Cahuil or Pichilemu. PETS They are accepted but NOT inside the house (they have caused a lot of damage). SHEETS are included, for beds listed in the reservation. TOWELS does not include towels (neither bath nor beach). INTERNET We have our own Starlink signal.
