Enjoy peace and privacy in our self contained, ground floor guest suite with your own private garden overlooking the hops fields. Located in the heart of the historic village of Puttenham, the suite has direct access to miles of countryside walks , and a lovely village pub, while being only a 10 minute drive to Guildford or Godalming town centres The cottage has a private bedroom and en suite shower room, a full kitchen and a living room with dedicated work space and fast WiFi. The space Our private Ground floor fully contained one bedroom guest suite Has a fully equipped kitchen and separate living room with a small sofa bed suitable for a child . It is located in a row of historic terraces house in the heart of Puttenham village , opening onto the Hops fields to the rear with direct access to miles of countryside, the village recreation ground and is a the short walk to the pub. The fully equipped kitchen has an induction stove as well as an aga, large fridge a, washer and dryer making this an ideal location for longer stays . The living room has a comfy couch and small dining table, with dedicated desk and fast wi fi . The separate bedroom has a wardrobe, double bed, and an ensuite modern shower room. The unit has its own entrance via the exclusive use garden a lovely deck and barbecue and free parking on the street. Please note the bins are shared with our upstairs annex , which has use of the front street facing garden . We live a few doors down so are always around for help and advice. . Guest access The suite is exclusive use except for the top flat needing access to the bins on the side Other things to note The cottage is the entire ground floor of a terrace house, with its own entrance and private garden. There is a separate Maisonette flat above, with its own access, where my daughter stays. She is on hand for any queries or emergencies.
