This is a stylish 1-bedroom flat in the trendy Portobello neighbourhood. The perfect base for Dublin! It has a modern, open-plan layout with plenty of natural light. The semi-basement also has a private patio area, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The flat comes with a dedicated workspace, perfect for business travellers. The location is excellent, with great restaurants, pubs, and shops all within walking distance and the centre of Dublin a 20min walk away! Other things to note In order to keep the house in the best condition for our guests, smoking is not allowed in the property. Otherwise the alarm could get triggered and a fine of €200 will be charged. TV signal does not work - for some people this is important, we don't watch TV though.
