We have endless amenities for people of all ages! The other cool things: An office on the first floor with a day bed and pull out bed. The office space provides a work station with desk, desk chair, and dual screens for all your home office work needs. For your comfort, we have also recently added a BISSELL Air180 Air Purifier with a HEPA Filter, which is located in the living room. Need more space? A beautifully decorated loft is located on the second floor for extra accommodations, with a king bed, and twin bed. The guest bedroom on the 1st floor boasts two full beds, and a cool Rosetta Star Projector night light, that offers white noise with build in music speakers.We also have a Pack N Play available if needed, in the guest closet. Closets are available to hang clothes in master bedroom and guest bedroom. Dressers are also available in every room. Smart TVs are available in every room with full cable, and all the major channels, using YouTube tv access, and Roku. For additional entertainment we recently added, an arcade game, and karaoke machine. Kitchen, laundry room, and bathrooms are fully stocked with essentials. Outdoor: Two Kayaks, two Stand Up Paddle Boards, and Lily pad are also available. We also provide the following fishing equipment: net, fishing poles, and fish water container. Life jackets are available too! Pellet grill, out door towels, ax throwing game, corn hole, and huge connect four games are all available to pull out in the guest bedroom closet. The community is also a safe and beautiful area to walk, run, or ride bikes! Discover the perfect retreat for your furry friend during your vacation! Our dog park offers a spacious, secure environment where your pup can play, socialize, and burn off some energy. With agility equipment, ample green space, and a friendly atmosphere, it’s the ultimate spot for canine happiness. Below is a list of additional amenities we offer for a fee: *Jet ski rental on site $275 for 1 (2 hours) or $450 for two jet skis (2 hours) plus deposit and gas. *Propane for fire pit is available for $40 with a 3 day notice. *Outdoor Movie Projector rental $50 with a 3 day notice. *Golf cart rental (3 day notice) is $75 a day plus deposit. * Boat lift rental $100 per stay. $150 remote deposit. He will pick you up at our dock, take you to your chosen entertainment spot, wait for you to enjoy your event, and then bring you back to Conroe Lakefront Cottage. Just sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride! *We also offer lake tours and cruises for you and your guests. Picture yourself on a stunning sunset cruise, sipping your favorite beverage, and taking in some of the most breathtaking views in the world. For added fun, enjoy our lily pad on the boat, or experience the thrill of tubing and wakeboarding right on Lake Conroe — the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure! Boat Cruise Prices: $500 for 4 hours, $400 for 3 hours, $300 for 2 hours. Or you can do a boat/lunch trip. $360 (2 hrs at restaurant/1 hour on boat) Max 10 people. Deposit to hold date $60 goes towards date. *🛥️ Weekend Boat Rentals (Sat–Sun Only) We now offer boat rentals on Saturdays and Sundays if available. Guest access Guests have access to the Lily pad, Kayaks, Stand Up Paddle boards, Karoke machine, and video arcade games! Guest also have an option to rent an Outdoor projector for movies by the water! Guests have access to seven beds on this property. Two kings, two double beds, and three twins. Guests have access to entire property, except 3 indoor closets, and two outdoor closets. Guess can enjoy the huge private dock for fishing, or lounging. Guests will also have access to our wrap around patio, BBQ pellet grill, private fire pit, nice size backyard, as well as the front fenced in covered patio. For a club fee, guests can also have access to our private, members only, full range of first-rate amenities. Golf, Tennis, Three pools, Hot tub, Live music, Entertainment, Gym, and Lakefront Dinning, are some of the many opportunities at the private club! Other things to note *This property uses a property management software that requires a renters agreement along with a refundable incident deposit hold. The deposit hold is $395 and will be placed on hold 3 days prior to arrival. *Please read through the entire listing before booking, including house rules. * We provide trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels to cover the first three days. After that, guests are responsible for replenishing their supplies. *Decor and linen is subject to change from pictures. * To ensure a seamless experience for everyone, we conduct a thorough inventory before each guest’s arrival and after departure. This helps us maintain all amenities in great condition and ensures nothing goes missing. Any damages or missing items may result in additional charges. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep our space fully equipped and ready for every stay! * *Per POA regulations, trailers with boats or jet skis are not allowed to enter the neighborhood to launch at our marina or to store overnight. If you plan to dock a boat at our dock at anytime (even for brief periods) during your stay, please check with host prior to doing so. We want to help reduce damage to your boat, and our dock. Lift usage is $100 per stay and requires a 3 night minimum stay. *We hope you’re looking forward to enjoying our fire pit during your stay. To cover the cost of propane, there’s a $40 charge for one 20lb tank. Kindly provide a 2-day notice if you’d like us to arrange it; otherwise, feel free to bring your own 20lb tank or refill the current one at the property. Whichever is more convenient for you. Thank you! *Please note there is not a gate between the yard and the lake. Young children should wear a life jacket at all times. We provide life jackets. Young children should also be highly supervised. * This property is a duplex and we do share one wall with the neighbor, however we do not share the same yard. Each yard is private property and separate. *Please be advised that there is a spiral staircase in the unit leading up to the loft, which may not be ideal for toddlers. * By booking, you acknowledge that the homeowner and/or host will not assume liability for any accidents or injuries incurred during your stay. *Being this is a lakefront property, there are lake bugs flying by the lights at night during warmer months. Please keep the sliding doors closed or use the screen doors at all times to prevent them from coming inside. We do not reimburse for early checkout due to any type of insects. * LOST AND FOUND Unclaimed items shall be kept for a period of two weeks, after which they will be discarded. If you wish to have your belongings shipped to you during this two-week window, we are happy to do so at the cost of shipping. Thank you!
