There is The Cutaway exhibition hall across the road under the ground, so some noise may be experienced during the day time when they are working inside or holding exhibits. The street parking right outside the apartment is metered between 8am and 10pm and you can purchase parking tickets from the street parking meter with a maximum of 2 hours at a time.
