Wonderful one bedroom above ground apartment located on a quiet street in Massey Drive. The space The suite comfortably sleep 2 people, but an air mattress is available for up to 2 more guests. The spacious bedroom has a queen bed, large walk in closet, and dresser. The kitchen is well equipped with a full size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all of the necessities to prepare your own meals. The bathroom is spacious and is complete with a shower and bathtub. The living room is cozy and has a flat screen tv (with cable) and wifi. The suite also has in suite laundry, a private entrance and private two car driveway. The suite is located just seconds from groomed snowmobile trails, a two minute walk from the community playground, and a 10 minute walk from Tippings Pond walking trail and swimming area. It is short drive from Walmart and the Corner Brook Plaza and only 15 minutes from Marble Mountain. Other things to note Owner has a small dog in the adjoining unit. However, no pets have ever been inside the apartment.
