This cozy studio offers everything you need for a pleasant and independent stay. The space House Rules Dear Guest, To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please follow these house rules: 1. No Unauthorized Visitors or Parties – External visitors, gatherings, or late-night parties are strictly prohibited. Please keep music at a moderate level, especially after 10:00 PM. 2. Parking – Only one vehicle is allowed and must be parked in the designated spot next to the driveway, closest to the street (see attached photo). 3. No Smoking or Cannabis Use – Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes and cannabis, is strictly prohibited in all areas. 4. Before Checkout, Please: • Place all used towels on the bathroom floor. • Ensure all faucets are turned off. • Lock the door securely. • Take out the trash and place it in the container behind the studio (access through the gate). Guest access Check-In Instructions To access the property, enter the 4 or 6-digit code (which will be sent at check-in) on the keypad, then press the # key.
