Cozy rooftop room, perfect for students, backpackers, or young couples. (4th floor, no elevator). Located in a safe and well-connected area. It has a private entrance and a shared external bathroom. Includes a mini-fridge, a grill, and basic kitchen utensils. Just a few steps away, you'll find a variety of affordable restaurants, and a few blocks away, the Chapultepec Forest and Castle. Quiet and safe environment. The space We're located in a business district, so it's very quiet at night, with almost no noise (we say "almost" because there might be noise from cars and trucks). It's a very safe family building. The room on the rooftop is a very good size. The bathroom is outside and is shared with two young professionals. It can get very hot in spring, although the rooms have fans. During the day, there might be noise from street vendors. Guest access "Guests have access to all rooftop areas, including the table and chairs. The washing machine and spin dryer are available only for stays of 7 days or longer (once per week)." During your stay We live in the same building, so we’re available to help whenever needed. Guests can contact us through the Airbnb chat. If we’re home, we’ll assist right away; if not, we’ll help as soon as we return. If the issue can be resolved via chat, we’ll take care of it immediately. Other things to note Visitors are allowed, with a maximum of 2 people and only until 10:00 p.m. If anyone stays in the building after this time, a fee of $200 MXN will apply, regardless of whether they stay overnight or not. If a visitor wishes to stay overnight, the guest must request prior approval from the host and send a photo of the visitor’s ID. If we detect, through security cameras or reports from neighbors, that someone has stayed without prior notice, we will request Airbnb's intervention to cancel the reservation due to rule violations.
