Easy to reach via a short pedestrian walkway, with parking available on the public streets nearby. Santa Jona is at 15' drive from the Ovindoli/Monte Magnola sky area, within the regional park of Mounts Sirente and Velino. An ideal solution for couples or families seeking a comfortable and quiet accommodation after skiing, a mountain hike, or for working remotely. The space The apartment enjoys a private entrance from the pedestrian road and includes an ample living room with kitchen, fireplace, a small balcony, a sofa bed for two, and a fully equipped bathroom with a shower. The upper floor, via an internal stairway, includes a mansard room with a king-size bed, a small bathroom and access to the terrace. Our guests will be the sole users of all facilities. The apartment is equipped with CO and methane detectors and fire extinguishers, in line with existing regulations. Guest access Reaching the apartment requires climbing some stairs, hence it is not recommended for people with reduced mobility nor for families with young children. Other things to note During winter, thanks to an efficient heating system and to a fireplace available for the use by our guests, the apartment is a cosy shelter after outdoor activities, even in the coldest winter days. (Firewood can be purchased in stores in nearby villages. Fireplace should be left clean at checkout to avoid extra charges.)
