The space 🏡 Casa Nostra Level 1 is located in Residencial Los Llanos, Segunda Etapa. Catacamas, Olancho. One of the quietest and safest residential areas, with 24/7 surveillance and access control. 📍 Located on the road to the UNAG. With easy access to important points in the city. 🏊‍♀️ Enjoy a shared pool and a private terrace ☕️, ideal for relaxing and enjoying your stay. 🛒 Just a few minutes away, you will find supermarkets, convenience stores, pharmacies, gas stations and coffee shops. 🏥 In the surrounding area, you will also find clinics, health services and Teletón. 🚗 The property has parking inside. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire first level of Casa Nostra and its corresponding parking space. Parking inside the property is limited to one (1) vehicle for Level 1. The second space is intended exclusively for Level 2 guests. If you need to park an additional vehicle, there is parking space available outside the property. The pool is a shared area with guests on the second level when it is occupied. The second level and its terrace are not part of this reservation and are not included in the access for guests on the first level. Other things to note Parking: Level 1 has space for one (1) vehicle inside the property. The second space is reserved for Level 2 guests. For additional vehicles, parking is available outside the property. Electricity and water: Casa Nostra does not have an electric generator. In the event of a power outage, the water supply may be temporarily affected, as the water system depends on electricity. For these eventualities, we have a water tank with a reserve, intended to provide water for basic needs while the electricity service is restored. Casa Nostra is located within a residential community, so we ask that you respect quiet hours and the rules of coexistence.
