The 2nd part of the Sterling Trilogy, "mezzanine" is defined as a location between the first and second floors, this apartment is in-between 2 floors but has a unique distinction and look. From the outside, it seems like a semi-balcony that overlooks the basement entrance but it's much larger looking on the inside. The space When you enter this 3-bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment, you notice all the spacious rooms with a beautiful set up. Smart TV, hardwood floors and dressers, and 2 queen size bed and 1 king size bed. More than enough space for 7 people and with extra room to spare. The sitting area is comfortable enough and the dining space is although small very beautiful. There is shared backyard between both this apartment and downstairs apartment. Please be courteous to each other. Guest access Everything is accessible with the exception of a locked closet and the stairway to the other apartment. Other things to note Although the place is much larger it isn't wheelchair accessible, the stair climb is a bit cautionary and can be a slight trip hazard
