Kitchen Please note that there is no access to the kitchen. You are more than welcome to use it for light snacks only, but should not expect to cook meals. We allow food storage in the fridge and provide cups, mugs, glasses, plates and cutlery should you order a takeaway or get some nibbles from the shop. On-site gym Enjoy complimentary access to our on-site gym conveniently located within the building throughout your entire stay. Washing and drying You will find communal laundry facilities on the building's 1st floor, equipped with washing machines and dryers for your convenience. Please be aware that a small fee applies for their usage. Luggage Subject to availability and our calendar, you may have the option to store your luggage at the apartment before check-in or after check-out. During your stay Upon your arrival, either my husband or I will be outside the building to greet you. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance. Additionally, as we live in the apartment too, feel free to reach out to us with any inquiries about the area, city, or neighbourhood during your stay. We are here to help! Other things to note Please ensure the front door is always locked when you leave. In the event of any breakages, damages, or spills, please notify us promptly. Additionally, please inform us immediately of any other issues you encounter. Use of our address for mail or parcel deliveries is not permitted. However, food delivery is allowed; please consult us for further details or recommendations before placing an order. Lost or unreturned keys/keycards will incur a replacement fee. While secured parking is not available on the property, options are accessible within the neighbourhood. If you require parking facilities, please inform us, and we will gladly provide information about nearby parking lots.
