A private & relaxing location, 2 miles south of Hudson Bay, Saskatchewan. Property contains 55 acres bordering the beautiful Red Deer River and includes 3.5km of maintained trails for walking, biking, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, etc. The cottage windows and large covered deck have an excellent view of the scenic river. This is a property you will want to come back to again and again. The space This cottage is fully furnished and equipped with all the amenities you would expect to find. There is a 55” smart tv with Netflix connected. Wifi. Comfortable leather couches in the living room. The bathroom includes a washing machine and dryer. Many board games included. All bedrooms have new linen and include blackout blinds and are completely separated from each other. There is plenty of parking space for multiple vehicles or trailers if needed. There is a large covered deck with seating for 8+ people on south side of cottage that overlooks the scenic river. Large Webber barbecue under the covered deck. Bluetooth speaker / karaoke machine is included. Plenty of free firewood readily available. Multiple bird feeders near cabin windows. 2 pairs of adult and 2 pairs of kids snowshoes available. There is also a 6’ toboggan available for use. Let us know ahead of time if you want to utilize a Chariot stroller for hiking / cross country skiing for kids. 2 kayaks and an inflatable Kodiak boat is also available with advance notice, free of charge. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire cottage except one locked closet inside bedroom. Other things to note Hudson Bay is a wonderful community and an outdoor enthusiasts paradise. It is well known for having great snowmobile trails, quad or motorbike trails, hunting, fishing, cross country skiing, kayaking, birding, hiking, etc. The town has a wonderful 9 hole golf coarse, grocery store, museum, outdoor pool, theatre, restaurants, shopping, and an fantastic pub with tasty food. You will not be disappointed!
