Come and stay in this spacious and serene space. It is located in a farmhouse for stays for families or groups of friends, in the great outdoors of Normandy. You can stroll in the forest all around and discover typical Norman towns and villages. Village 2 km away with bakery/grocery store with local products. Breteuil with all amenities 9 km away. Train station 20 km away. Equestrian center in the village, waterbody 25 minutes away. The space It's an old house typical of the area. You can discover pretty beams there. Upstairs, the bedrooms are in a row but there is 1 additional access via an external staircase There are 2 other entrance doors. Guest access The property is an open space but you can freely use the large lawn area with the portico, the smaller green area with the rockery and cedar, and the courtyard in front of the bay window. You can enjoy the linden tree for a nap in the shade or simply to enjoy its pleasant summer scent. For parking, it is possible to find places between the house and the pond, between the portico and the pond and next to the house. By parking well next to the lawn, another car can circulate. Other things to note There is an unfenced pond in the yard. Passage of agricultural machinery possible near the yard which is not closed. Possible presence of cats and a dog in the vicinity of the property. Please do not park on the lawn, there is the house's sanitation system there and it cannot support heavy loads.
