The Space: BEDROOMS - This beautiful holiday home has a total of 3 spacious bedrooms - all on the ground floor. - Each bedroom is furnished with a plethora of amenities including a king-sized bed, Wi-Fi, a wardrobe, an electric kettle and ensuite bathrooms. - All bedrooms boast an attached hardwood attic - 1 of them is furnished with a king-sized bed and 2 are furnished with 2 single beds. - One of the bedrooms features a separate seating area, replete with snug sofas. BATHROOMS - There are 3 attached bathrooms. - All bathrooms have separate dressing areas, heat pumps, towels and basic toiletries. - 2 jacuzzis and a traditional copper sauna is offered in one of the bathrooms. COMMON AREAS - Making for a unique experience, this holiday home has been thoughtfully designed to reduce carbon footprint. - Whilst the indoor spaces are expansive, this home encourages you to reconvene and gather around in the exteriors. - The home’s wrap-around porch makes for a makeshift drawing room - truly one of a kind that embraces nature and serenity all at once. - It is furnished with ample seating arrangements for up to 8 people and is equipped with Wi-Fi and a CCTV camera for security purposes. - The porch leads out to the well-manicured garden, measuring 22,000 sq. ft. in size featuring a dining area and bar set-up, ideal for relishing your favourite cocktails. - There is a hobbit hole that leads to the separate bonfire and barbecue set up. KITCHEN Guests do not have access to the common kitchen. It is equipped with a microwave, oven, refrigerator, water kettle, dishwasher, toaster, induction plate and a mixer-grinder. An induction stove is available on request. Crockery and cutlery are also available. FOOD - Breakfast is complimentary. - All other meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost, on an a la carte basis. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities. Devour an elaborate barbecue spread and end the day with a bonfire. To experience the absolute best of nature, indulge in a night of camping. If you wish to step out, we suggest heading for a plantation drive. A drive to the viewpoint can be arranged as well. ADD-ON SERVICES - The barbecue kit is available at an additional cost of Rs. 2500 per use. Ingredients will be charged as per actuals. - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per session. - Camping in tents can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 2500 per tent, per day. - A plantation drive in Thar CRDe can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 3500. - A drive to the viewpoint in Thar CRDe can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 5000. - A package of plantation drive, rafting and mini-trek can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 7500. - Pets can be accommodated at an additional charge of Rs. 700 per pet, per night. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - This is not a pet-friendly property. Pets can be accommodated at an additional charge of Rs. 700 per pet, per night. Guests can pay the amount directly at the property. - In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours. - The last 2 kilometres to the villa are off-road and pass through a coffee plantation. - All mobile networks work fairly well here. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. - Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum at all times. Loud music is not allowed. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi.
