Located in the middle of nature, on the Nebrodi park, rich in olive trees and vineyards, the villa enjoys an amazing view of the sea of the Aeolian Islands, where you can have wonderful aperitifs at sunset. An enchanting setting will accompany you throughout your stay. The space Wooden ceilings, terracotta floors and antique Sicilian decorations are the protagonists of this majestic villa. The villa consists of a large living room with fireplace, a spacious dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The core of the house is a lovely cloister around which all the rooms are developed. Here you will find an ancient olive tree, the perfect place to spend the hottest hours of the day. Looking sideways, a small spiral staircase will lead you to a terrace that offers a beautiful panoramic view of the hill and the rooftops. The living room has a large U-shaped sofa that is great for sharing and spending time together. Large windows allow you to see the external porch, where there is a beautiful glass and wrought iron table. Suitable for breakfast or lunch accompanied by a breathtaking view of the sea and the countryside. On the other side of the villa, the 12-meter swimming pool with sun loungers offers an excellent refreshment. Also on this side of the villa, a large gazebo and a dining table are ideal for enjoying the meal while listening to the sounds of nature. The bedrooms are all very spacious and equipped with air conditioning. Guest access Guests will have full access to all the amenities of the villa We have a cook and a team of domestic staff who can assist you during your stay, offering an all-inclusive kitchen service and daily cleaning. You can also take advantage of occasional daily services, such as the cook who prepares breakfast, lunch or dinner, or the linen change and cleaning service at regular intervals. In addition, the villa has a farm, where we produce our own wine, oil, seasonal fruits and vegetables, and eggs. Everything is grown exclusively organically. During your stay, you can enjoy all these products. Other things to note For the months of November, December, January and February, the costs of heating by gas (radiators) and by heat pumps are borne by the guest.
