Walking distance: you can go to the beach, Parc Borely, Corbusier, MAC, Stade Vélodrome, do your shopping... Ideal for 1 or 2 couples with children wishing to enjoy a stay in the sun and discover Marseille. The coves are 10 minutes away by car and accessible by bus. The space A large 45 m2 living room with air conditioning Master suite with shower room & toilet 2 children's bedrooms with 2 beds each: single bed and pull-out bed An additional bathroom with bathtub Separate toilet air-conditioned living room and bedrooms On the terrace: table that seats 8 people, large parasol and seating area with coffee table. A large Weber barbecue. A "kafoutch" with a second fridge. Residence with caretaker available during the day and additional surveillance at night during the months of July and August. Rental for 6 nights minimum: 6 people, pets not allowed, non-smoking house. Possibility to park 1 car in our closed garage (in the basement of the residence with secure access by electric gate). Parents of two children aged 5 and 8, we leave all children's games, books, scooters, etc. available. This is our main residence. By car from the city center (15 minutes): towards the beaches then Sainte-Anne.
