Kick back and relax with an amazing lake view and breath-taking sunsets. A suite with a private entrance and access to a great veranda, outdoor shower, a bbq and a wood fire pizza oven. The room includes a fridge and microwave, and the veranda has a hammock or have your dinner in the high stool with a great view of the Araruama Lagoon. Located a short 7 minutes walk between the Praia do Sol and the Praia da Pitoria, it's only about an half an hour drive from Cabo Frio and Arraial do Cabo. The space As for the environment, it's a private suite on the side of my mother's house, with its own entrance. You have access to both the balcony overlooking the lagoon and the garden on the side. Residential neighborhood, super quiet. The house is ground floor. It doesn't have any stairs. Guest access When you rent, you also have access to the entire back porch, including the pizza oven grill. There is also the lawn area, where there is a large shower. It has a private entrance, with the keys you will open the gate and go straight to the suite, without even passing by the house. The balcony is accessed directly from the hallway where the bedroom is located. It is shared, because my mother and my brother live in the house. But most of the time there's nobody out on the porch.
