With family and friends, you can relax by the 12m pool, take a walk with your dog on the local mountain or to the picturesque village and enjoy your homemade risotto on the terrace in the evening. The space Suitable for 2 families with children Upstairs, up to 6 people live in 3 rooms, sharing a bathroom with shower/toilet and a separate toilet with sink. On the ground floor is another master bedroom with a king size bed, walk-in dressing room and adjoining bathroom with bathtub/shower/toilet. Next to it is a single room with a workplace. Some rooms have their own sink. The ping-pong table is in the basement. In the large playroom with carpet next door there are more beds and a simple bathroom with shower/toilet/sink. In midsummer, some like to sleep in this cool room. The property was built with high-quality materials and a lot of love by our grandparents. The technical facilities have been renewed, but the interior has only been gently renovated when necessary to maintain the charm. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find plenty of storage space and a washing tower, which is why the space for several cooks is rather small. Our "La Coccinella," as our grandparents lovingly christened the villa, has brought our families many great holidays and memories over three generations. We are happy to share these with you now. Guest access You have sole access to the entire property, garage, pool and meadow in the lower section of the land. Other things to note Due to the feedback from some guests, we have sought and found a new partner for cleaning, checking and preparing our villa for the next stay.
