Il Tramonto (The Sunset) is the ideal solution for who want to spend his holidays in a location equipped with every comfort overlooking the sea. The location is strategic and central, a few meters from the beach and the cliffs, the neighborhood is quiet. Every evening you can admire a wonderful sunset from the terrace. * Pet Friendly * Wifi * Air conditioning * Barbecue * Garden * Parking space The space The villa has a built area of 130 mq on one floor and has 2 covered terraces and a garden. The entrance leads to a large living room, with a dining area set up with a large wooden table, two sofas (one of which is a sofa bed), smart tv and air conditioner. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: microwave, electric oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, pots, crockery and other small appliances. Two of the three bedrooms have a direct sea view: the first is equipped with two single beds, wardrobe, desk and ceiling fan. The second bedroom, with ceiling fan, is equipped with a double bed, wardrobe and two dressers. The third bedroom, overlooking the garden, is equipped with a bunk bed, desk, wardrobe, dresser and air conditioner. There are two bathrooms, the first with toilet, bidet, shower, sink and wardrobe, the second with toilet, sink, drawer unit and washing machine available for guests. Outside there are two covered verandas, the first one equipped with sofa, armchairs, awning and coffee table, perfect for a breakfast with a sea view, the second one with a barbecue, table and chairs for eating outside. In the garden, outdoor shower, deck chairs and umbrellas for sunbathing and relaxing are available for guests. Guest access Guests can make use of all the spaces that the house has, except for a 4th room, closed by the Host, notified at check-in. Other things to note In Italy there is a legal requirement for all accommodations to report their guests’ details to local authorities within 24 hours of their arrival. The intent is to monitor and manage tourist arrivals and departures effectively. This all stems from article no. 109 of the Consolidated Law on Public Security, a regulation you can review on the official Italian Police website. For rentals less than 30 days hosts will need to prepare a written short-term rental contract for the guest to sign at check-in. Guests will have standard equipment composed by: - Set of 3 towels, with free change for stays of more than 10 days - Set of sheets, with free change for stays of more than 10 days - Extra blankets - Hair dryer - Shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste, hand soap, toilet paper - Iron - Detergents for laundry and household cleaning - Tablecloths, tea towels and napkins Pursuant to COVID regulations, the Host has added to its already rigorous cleaning protocols, new specific cleanliness and sanitizing measures: all rooms (including outdoor areas), linens and dishes are always cleaned and sanitized before the arrival of the guests.
