This space is air-conditioned. It includes 4 bedrooms: - Bedroom 1: with a 140 cm double bed and its small private bathroom. It opens to the front on the street, to the back on the patio. - Bedroom 2: with a 160 cm sofa bed. It opens onto the street and has 2 mezzanines (not accessible for this season) - Bedroom 3: with a 140 cm double bed. It opens out to the patio. - Bedroom 4: with a 140 cm double bed. It opens onto the garden. - These last 2 bedrooms share a small bathroom - The third small bathroom consists of a shower, sink and toilet. - An additional separate toilet The patio of about 10 m2, with wooden terrace and vegetation, includes an outdoor dining area with a shade sail. The garden on the back, with terrace, grass corner and barbecue, provides access to the outbuilding in which the washing machine and dryer are located.
