Beautiful ocean front home

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. 4.5 miles south of town is very quiet and relaxing without the chaos and noise of town. This home is perfect for chilling by the pool, relaxing under the palapa on the pier or just putting your feet in the sand. If you love adventure, you can explore the island, snorkel, kayak or have a fishing guide pick you up right at the end of the pier. You can also take a golf cart ride to town or spend the day at secret beach.. The space The entire home includes 3 bedrooms. The Master bedroom is on the second floor, has amazing ocean views, outdoor balcony, king bed with bathroom attached & large 2 person shower. Bedroom #2 is also on the second floor with a Queen bed, attached bathroom, partial views and small hanging closets. Bedroom #3 is on the first floor and has a Queen bed, partial views and small hanging closets. There is a bathroom just out the door of the 3rd bedroom that is shared with the living space. The Kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove full size refrigerator, water cooler, pots & pans, dishes, blender and anything you may need to cook and mix drinks. Living room is cozy with 2 couches and a small tv that has cable and wifi. On the pool level, there is a bathroom and an entire covered patio for those that do not want as much sun. There is a 250ft pier with a Palapa at the end for fishing, relaxing, watching sunset or snorkeling. You can snorkel right off the pier (Be cautious of Boat traffic, stay close to pier while snorkeling and wear bright colors). The water is only about 4 ft deep at the end of the pier, of course it gets deeper the further out in the water you go. There is lots of turtle grass so the snorkeling can actually be pretty good at times. We have seen lobster, conch, star fish, crabs and a number of different fish. If you do not like the feel of turtle grass, I suggest you take strap on sandals or water shoes. I typically have the grass remove immediately around the end of the pier so you have a nice sandy place to stand and chat with friends. This home is a 3 story structure with the first floor elevated 13ft so there are lots of stairs. This home is not fit for someone with limited mobility. Guest access Guest have access to the entire home and grounds. Other things to note This beautiful home is located 4.5 miles south of San Pedro town. It is about 20 minute ride on a golf cart on a hard packed dirt road. We are located near the south end of the island where it is very quiet and peaceful. Once you arrive on this beautiful island, I can arrange for our property manager Eva to meet and guide you from the airport to your home. You will also need to rent a golf cart for your stay.
