Upon entry to The Clockhouse, guests will be impressed by the generous rooms and the many sumptuous touches that help to create a truly relaxing holiday. Downstairs, the garden room opens out into the enclosed garden, making this a wonderful space for guests to enjoy excellent weather, while still having the option to retreat to the comfortable sofas and the entertainment within. A well-appointed kitchen and dining room gives groups ample facilities, with the added benefit of a utility room that contains a washing machine and a freezer. On the first floor you'll find a calm and comfortable bedroom which has been dressed in an attractive boutique hotel style. Next door, a generous dressing room with day bed gives additional storage and space. On the same landing, you also are able to access the bathroom, within which you find the large, roll-top bath with hand shower attachment. There is also a shower room on the ground floor. Outside, the enclosed courtyard has been planted up with many attractive shrubs and flowers and it offers a private space and a great sun trap! Here you can also relax on the outdoor furniture, dine alfresco or have a barbecue. The property also offers off-road parking for one car. Shower room Walk-in shower, heated towel rail and wash basin. Dining room With additional comfortable seating, dining table for four people with a door leading through into the kitchen. Kitchen The kitchen is fully-fitted with an integrated electric fan oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother, microwave and full inventory of kitchenware. Utility room With washing machine and freezer. Stairs leading to First Floor: Landing The landing takes you to the bedroom, dressing room, and bathroom. Master bedroom With king-size bed made up with white linens, and television. Dressing room A generous extra room with wardrobe and day bed. Bathroom The bathroom has a free-standing bath, wash basin and WC. Outside: The rear garden has a multi-level patio area that is surrounded by flower beds. There is comfortable relaxed seating plus a barbecue and small table and chairs in the rear garden to enjoy the sunshine and to dine al fresco. The property is accessed via a shared driveway with a shingled area providing off road parking at the front for one car.
