This beautiful home located right off the Beech Mountain golf course has just about everything you could ask for and is super spacious for your families needs! It is also located very close to Banner Elk, Sugar Mountain, and Grandfather mountain! Which allows you to enjoy easy access to hiking, biking, and skiing. Enjoy the comfort of not one, not two, but three master bedrooms each with their own connecting bathroom. Enjoy movie time either upstairs on our 7 plus new leather sectional with cup holders and 2 reclining chairs or our downstairs sectional with reclining chairs as well! Both levels have a massive sized living room each equipped with a 65 inch smart tv in the living room upstairs and a 65 inch smart plasma tv downstairs. Our third master downstairs also has a 55 inch smart TV for private viewing! Each of our three king bedrooms have a TV for your viewing pleasure! With a total of 5 TV’s in the house. Like the upstairs master bedroom, Our Jack and Jill style guest bedrooms make it optimal for young families to have quick access to bathroom needs with an additional half bath so everyone has somewhere to go! Our newly remodeled downstairs bathroom and our bunk bed room have a full bath with a half bath connected and both rooms are very spacious! We have multiple cooking options for all your family needs! Our kitchen is well stocked with a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, crock pot, plenty of mixing bowls, a Kitchen Aid mixer, a, regular coffee maker, kettle, pod/ground single serving coffee, blender, toaster, and many more! We have a large gas grill on the back deck where you can prepare your favorite steaks as well as a fire pit with a grill plate attached. You have access to the full house, the parking area, the fire pit, and the yard. Our location is perfect if you are a lover of outdoor activities! We are close to family-friendly activities, the Beech Mountain Ski Resort is only a few minutes away. During the summer enjoy mountain biking, yoga festivals, hiking trails, the Beech Mountain Brewery, and the Skybar. Enjoy great views, deer sightings, and various festivals throughout the summer and fall. Within close walking distance to the Beech Mountain Club golf shooting range! Enjoy exclusive country club privileges. Outdoor pool, fine dining, golf, pickle ball, tennis, fitness classes, and many more recreation activities. We are members of the Beech Mountain club, the club charges a transfer fee of $300 which is not included in your total, this gives you access to use the club facilities including: pool, social activities, dinning venues, fitness center, ski lodge and fitness classes * fees may apply. The membership transfer has to be completed at least 3 days before check in. The Beech Mountain Club activities start on Mother’s Day weekend and the club usually closes the third weekend in October. The pool opens on Memorial Day weekend and closes on Labor Day weekend. Thank you. Other things to note Pet fee- $100 per pet $150 for more than a week stay.
