We purchased our home in 2020 and have completely remodeled the first floor. Open concept kitchen and living with deck off the living room. Tv room in the back of the house doubles as guest room space with a pullout couch. Bright and cozy space. The space Our house here in Steamboat is our primary residence. We are slowly renovating the entire home. Right now the main floor has been completed. While our home is completely functional there are some quirks in the layout while we await the start of our phase two renovations. Both bathrooms are on the second level. The primary bath is spacious and includes free standing tub, shower, double sinks and big windows. There is a balcony off the primary bedroom as well. A king size bed and plenty of space for pack n play, air mattress or crib in case you have little ones. The second bedroom upstairs has a double bed and twin bed. There is also a small living space with pullout couch, kitchenette, smart tv upstairs. The second bath has been completely updated. Laundry is located on the main floor with plenty of hooks and storage for winter gear. The main floor is bright and open with large kitchen perfect for cooking and baking and entertaining. The kitchen is open to the living room with gas fireplace and sitting area. We have a kids play area with built ins and some toys available for guest use. The back of the main floor is the tv room that has a pullout couch for more sleeping space and a pocket door for privacy. There is also a door to access the side patio. We make our home comfortable for guests but there will be signs that this is a family home and not just a vacation house. We are happy to share our home and ask you take good care of our space the way you would your own. Since this is our home it will be stocked differently than your basic vacation rental - please feel free to use any pantry items in the kitchen as well as any toys, books, etc. Guest access You will have access to the entire inside of the home as well as both patio and deck and front yard. The front and back sheds are owner storage and will be locked off.
