The Cottage is located in a historic and beautiful conservation area of Cirencester packed full of Cotswold charm and character. Situated just a short 5-8 minute walk from town, Cirencester Park or open countryside its the perfect base for exploring the heart of the cotswolds and stunning surrounding areas. The cottage offers a perfect getaway for two but with two double bedrooms will happily accommodate up to four. Other things to note The house is set over three floors with kitchen and living room on the ground floor, bedroom 1 and bathroom on the second floor and finally bedroom 2 on the third floor. For those with children or mobility issues please note the cottage has two sets of painted (no carpet) winder stairs and the door from bedroom two on the top floor opens straight onto the top of the stairs with no landing area. The bath is freestanding and will require a level of mobility to be able to climb in and out of it independently as there is no handrail for support. It is an old, quirky cottage with wonky walls and the odd sloping ceilings all of which I hope you'll agree adds to its charm and character!
