BBQ area (which guest should use neatly and properly) Other things to note * Short-term staying guests may use the swimming pool for a fee prescribed for the use of non-residents. * Registered long-staying guests being considered as residents may use the pool free of charge. * Guests in general may only use the pool from Monday to Wednesday. * During weekends (Friday to Sunday) and holidays, the amenity is exclusive for residents only or long-term staying guests (minimum of 1 month). * Swimming pools are closed on Thursdays for regular maintenance *Guests may use the basketball court on weekdays (Monday to Thursday) during non-reservation hours * Guests can only be used by long-term staying guests, minimum of 1 month stay.
