[Check out our other rooms if this room is booked by viewing the host's profile] The space Bedrooms: - One of seven private rooms in building one. - Equipped with its own ensuite private bathroom. - Full size bed frame, mattress, a pillow, and duvet is included. Bed sheets, pillows case, and duvet cover included in cost. (throw pillows, and extra blanket not included). - Full in-suite room - Full length mirror. - Full dedicated workstation desk and chairs included in every room. - Fast WiFi 400mbps+ provided to all guests for work-from-home professionals and streaming connoisseurs. - Private keypad and keyed entrance for security while you're away. - Note that bedding, towels, and toiletries are not provided. Kitchen: - Brand new stainless steel appliances, including two full-sized refrigerators, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave. - Basic dishware, pots and pans, and various cooking utensils are provided. - Dishwashing soap, paper towels, trash bags, etc are included and will be replenished bi-weekly. - Bar table and stools for eating. - Located in the kitchen is also an in-unit washer and dryer, free of charge. Living Room/House: - Cozy living room at the entrance with seating - great for relaxing and socializing with others in the house. - Central AC and heating throughout the house. - Plentiful natural lighting with new windows and existing craftsman style windows. Parking: - There are 4 spots on the lot between Building 1 and Building 2 on a reserved basis to those that have already booked (driveway entrance is tight and may not fit larger than normal cars). - There is no guarantee for one of the four parking spots onsite if you are a new guest. - Street parking is available for $5/night and can be conveniently purchased through the Alhambra city app or website. Alhambra: - Close to Downtown Alhambra restaurants and bars like The Chicken Koop, The Boiling Crab, Gen Korean BBQ House, Borneo Eatery, Alondra's, Lunasia Dim Sum House, 85 Degree Celsius Bakery Cafe, and 7 Leaves Cafe. - Great selection of grocery stores at 99 Ranch and Sprouts Farmers Market across the street only minutes away. - Alhambra Medical Center Healthcare, and CVS Pharmacy within walking distance. - Nearby Gym within walking distance on Main Street Downtown Alhambra. - Local Regal Edwards Cinema at the heart of Downtown for entertainment and dates. - Minutes away from Alhambra Golf Course, Driving Range and Park. Guest access The living room, kitchen area and backyard are all available to you. During your stay There will be two hosts available throughout your stay and we will have a regular cleaner coming twice a week to clean the common area. Other things to note Please note that this is a co-living space. You will be able to enjoy the comfort of a private room and bathroom but you may be sharing the common area (kitchen/living room) with up to 6 other guests at one time.
