Your Villa is a spacious and quiet place with all the facilities you might need to share as a family. The space Ideal for 10 people, extraordinarily furnished and comfortable. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is located in a gated community with high security for your stay. Guest access You will have access to the entire villa and the right to use the parking lot. It is located in a quiet area with easy access to Uber, Uber Eats, taxis. Other things to note 1. The property must be used for lodging purposes only. 2. Metro Country Club regulations must be respected at all times. 3. Please note that security guards at the entrance and patrolling around must be treated with respect. 4. Upon arrival you will be asked for an ID and the names of those who will be staying with you, for check-in purposes and for gate entrance. 5. The use of substances or narcotics, or illegal activities on the property or in common areas, are prohibited. Police will be notified immediately without warning and eviction without refund. 6. No smoking. In case of violation of this rule, you may receive a claim for additional cleaning cost. 7. The use of hookahs on the property or in common areas is prohibited. 8. Damage and/or theft caused to the property or any object inside it will be covered by the guest. 9. You are solely responsible for any damage to the Villa, appliances and furniture. You are responsible for your health and well-being. By confirming this reservation, you and your guests acknowledge that any injury and/or accident, illness, theft or damage that occurs in the villa is your responsibility. 10. Misuse of the internet service is not allowed, either for downloading illegal content and/or any illegal activity. 11. Parties and activities not authorized will be subject to the following: The first noise warning will not be penalized, the second warning will result in a fine of US$100.00 and the third warning will be evicted without refund, for violation of rule. 12. No filming, photo shoots, video clips, or any other kind of commercial media. This is an exclusive residential community, so it should be used only for lodging. 13. Accommodation of more than 10 people is not allowed. 14. Occupancy of the property and social areas is limited to the number of guests on the reservation.(10 adults and 5 children under the age of 12). Exceeding this amount will result in a fine of US$200. 15. If the number of guests occupying the Villa exceeds the number of guests included in the reservation, then an additional charge of US$50.00 will be charged for each guest. 16. Only those included in the reservation can be accommodated. 17. Post-surgical accommodations are not allowed. 18. At the time of your departure you must inspect the property and verify that there are no belongings left. We will not be responsible for forgotten items. In the event that our staff finds any forgotten items, we will let you know and will keep the items for 30 days. 19. Do not burn or break the Villa. 20. There are several trash baskets inside the Villa: the toilet is not one of them. 21. Trash generated inside the Villa must be placed in the trash cans located in the kitchen or bathrooms. Note: Trash must be taken out daily and placed inside the garbage cans outside, so it can be picked up. 22. No pets allowed. 23. The white towels are strictly for the bathroom, they must not be used as pool towels. Damaged towels will be charged US$20.00 each. 24. Hanging clothes on balconies and windows is not allowed. 25. It is not allowed to travel wet around the Villa. The floors are slippery and can be dangerous. 26. All vehicles must be parked inside the Villa parking area. Please do not park any vehicles on the street. 27. The guest is responsible for covering the electrical bill. The meter should be read as soon as the guest(s) arrive and must be reread after departure. Be aware that electricity is expensive in the Dominican Republic so be considerate on the amount you use. Improper use will be very expensive to the guest(s). Payment for the electric bill must be in cash or wire transfer. 28. The pool can be converted into a “Heated pool” for an additional cost. If the guest(s) wishes to use this accommodation, they are required to read the gas meter upon arrival and reread after departure. Payment for the gas bill must be in cash or wire transfer.
