Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Picturesque lakefront cabin sitting on beautiful Silver Lake. The cabin has been fully renovated and has a large wrap around deck and two fire pits. Southern exposure gives you all day sun. The water is very clear and great for swimming. The property is 300' x 200' giving you just under 1.5 acres of privacy. The land is full of mature trees throughout. There are three kayaks and a canoe for your use as well as a new Weber BBQ. The space The property is just under 1.5 acres and is full of mature trees throughout. 300' of private waterfront is all yours. The water is approximately 4' 6" off the end of the dock and gradually gets deeper. Silver Lake is a clean lake with crystal clear water and has good fishing. Guest access You will have full access to this property except for a tool shed and bunkie which have personal items and will remain locked. There will be no other guests on the property while you are there. Other things to note There is a sandy beach area behind the cottage which can be used for volleyball, badminton or just relaxing and sun tanning. There's also plenty of parking on the property with a good road into it. The cottage has a queen size bed, a bunk bed with two double beds and a futon in the living room. There are four floor fans which will cool the cottage on those hot days and three portable heaters will warm a cool fall night. Check in / check out times are flexible.
