Must climb stairs. Main floor: Living room, dining room, full kitchen and half bath. Complimentary coffee and coffee mate (creamer powder) provided. Second floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, Laundry room and linen closet. There are 3 queen beds, 2 standard size sofa beds, 1 standard size air mattress with an electric built in pump. Location of extra beds: 1 sofa bed is in the living room 1 sofa bed is in room # 1 1 air mattress is in the linen closet Converted garage to a game room. Beach cooler, chairs, throw,umbrella and toys available in the garage/game room Furnished patio Smoking is only allowed in the patio, please. Checkout instruction as well as trash day instruction is posted in the kitchen. It’s in a frame on the kitchen countertop however, you are welcome to ask us and we will send it right over. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house. Guests will have access to to the laundry room. Guest will not have access to the storage closet down stairs. Guest will have access to the pool facility during open season managed and operated by the HOA. Other things to note We kindly would like to know and let you know; 1) What is the nature of your stay/ what brings you to town? 2) Exactly who is staying at our house? Are you booking it for yourself or someone else? Who are they and how many more? 3) Our house is not suitable for parties, large gatherings, pets and children under 12 years old. 4) We have 4 popular beaches around us.
