Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place in Lockerbie. Possibly the only self-catering apartment available in the region for 1 night or multi night stays. All amenities under a 3 min walk, trains, supermarket, shops, cafes, pubs, bistro, gift & antique shops. Great location to explore Dumfries & Galloway, Southern Uplands, Solway Firth, Borders, Hadrians Wall, Lochs, Forests, waterfalls, Nature reserves, Castles, Museums, biking and water sports. Welcome pack, Pet Friendly. The space The Property is a refurbished apartment with its own entrance door from the street. The rooms are spacious and provide a comfortable location to stay. Apartment is on the first floor entered via stairs into a Living/dining room that contains a lovely comfy sofa that converts into a king size sofa bed. The apartment comes with free Wi-Fi, a good sized smart TV in the main room with guest Netflix access. There is a guest welcome pack with a few essentials and treats(and one for any fur babies) a guest information pack/manual, leaflets and things to do and see, advice on local businesses and attractions. The small but perfectly fitted kitchen comes with an integrated fridge with freezer compartment, cooker, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and all cutlery pots and pans. Milk,Tea, Coffee and Sugar are provided along with some breakfast cereals and eggs. The bedroom is large with 2 windows overlooking the rear garden. The bed is a King Size and has ample storage and space within the room. The bedroom also includes a hairdryer and TV The en suite bathroom contains a corner shower, WC and sink. All bed linen, towels are included along with hand-wash, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Check in times are between 3pm and 10 pm. An early check in may be possible upon request. Unfortunately late check ins are not possible. Guest access The apartment is fully self contained for the guests privacy and convenience with its own entrance door on the street. There is also a large rear garden that we as hosts are happy for you to enjoy and relax in.(access via outside the apartment) To access the garden come out of the front door turn right to a side driveway next to our neighbours property and then enter the garden via the large iron gates. Please note the garden is fully secured, dog friendly but does have a pond. Other things to note There is availability for secure off road covered parking for bicycles or motorcycles with options to clean/rinse them.
