Equipped, it is ideal for a family, a short stay or for a business trip. In the apartment you will find everything you need for your stay. This 48 m² apartment is located in a building with a separate entrance. It consists of: - A large living room with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV and dining table for 4 people. - A desk area. - An open and equipped kitchen - A bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, towel dryer and hairdryer. The toilet is separate. - A bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160 x 200!!!) - A reserved parking space is included - A private terrace with dining area (and for smokers) At your disposal, you will also find an iron and storage spaces! We provide linens and towels as well as tea and coffee. Naturally, the apartment has Wi-Fi. The apartment is located on the first and top floor of a small building. NON-SMOKING APARTMENT INSIDE!
