Guest access The guest will have keys to the property, allowing them to go out and return at the time they deem appropriate, and freely dispose of their stay, just as they would in a hotel, always respecting the house rules and quiet hours established on Airbnb. The common areas are the living room, kitchen, and laundry room. Other things to note Check-in from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Guests or bookings are received until ten o'clock at night, then the application closes and receives from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM the following day. You can check in for special cases at least 4 hours before the daily closing time, 10:00 PM. Special circumstances are understood to mean arriving later.
