Welcome to our beautiful suburban home, 40 min from JFK, 18 min walk to NUMC, short ride to Hofstra and NCC, near Eisenhower Park, bus stop, restaurant, and more. This private room is on 2nd floor of a cape style house, kitchen and bathroom are shared downstairs. In summer, electric fan is for free, air-conditioner usage $60/stay. In winter, space heater prohibited, need to dress warm, may use multiple blankets, if needed, this 2nd fl room has less heat than downstairs. See you soon ! The space Charming attic room on 2nd floor of a Cape built 1951, in the suburb of NYC, can take bus or Uber 15 min to train station, then LIRR to Madison Square Garden in 50 min. Spacious kitchen downstairs with outdoor patio, large side yard and front yard, quiet area but convenient, within walking distance to many stores. We clean common areas at least once a week, sometimes twice. Guest access Bathroom, kitchen and living room, also patio, front yard are accessible to guests. During your stay Through texting and phone calls, sometimes in person, guests can communicate with host Other things to note No smoking, no playing loud music to disturb other guests. Clean up after each kitchen use: wash dishes, wipe counter and stove, clean kitchen sink and throw garbage outside. By your reservation, you allow landlord to access your room for maintenance and other reasons, without advance notice, even when you are not home, but we will always knock before entering. Guest pays $50 if check out later than 11am on check out date. Host does not keep guest luggage inside house after check out, luggage will be place on driveway for pick up or it will be disposed later.
