Immerse yourself in the quiet, laid back coastal lifestyle of St Leonards. Located 30 minutes from Geelong CBD and 1 hour 45 mins from Melbourne CBD, it is also accessible by Ferry via Sorrento and Queenscliff or the new Portarlington to Docklands Ferry, with Portarlington only a 15 minute drive around the bluff. Our home is a 15minute walk or 3minute drive to the beach and local shops. Whether you're visiting for work or pleasure, we guarantee you will love it! The space Our cosy beach house boasts 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 have a queen bed each and the third includes a single bed and a bunk bed with a double on the bottom. Guests can enjoy the open plan living and dining space complimented with a woodfire place. During the warmer months, we have a powerful air-conditioning system in the living area that flows well through the whole house. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, and the windows capture the sea breeze perfectly. Outside, we have a lovely undercover area complete with BBQ and outdoor seating. The undercover carport also means the kids can still get out and play on a wet day. The grassed yard captures the afternoon sun beautifully and you will always be blessed with the sounds of nature around you. You are only a short 2-minute drive from the main strip of shops, including a well sourced IGA, news agency and pharmacy. There are 4 wonderful cafes as well as the St Leonards pub, a fish and chip shop, chicken shop and burger/Pizza take away restaurant. This strip also comes with a barber and hair dressers, pilates studio, and gorgeous homewears shop. The local bowls club also has a delicious Thai restaurant available Tuesday-Saturday evenings (dine in and takeaway). While staying in St Leonards you have some of the best wineries and restaurants the Bellarine has to offer right at your doorstep. Exploring neighbourhood towns is easy, you are a short 10 minute drive to Portarlington, Drysdale and Clifton Springs and just 15 minutes to Queenscliff and Point Lonsdale. Guest access Our cosy beach house has an open plan living and dining area with woodfire place. All 3 bedrooms are nice and roomy with built in wardrobes, celiing fans and blockout blinds. The toilet is separate to the bathroom which is equipped with both a bath and shower. The laundry is complete with a washer and dryer combo unit as well as a good size trough for soaking. We have a spacious outdoor zone that is well covered, so the kids can play even on a rainy day! You have access to our awesome BBQ...nothing says Australian summer better than the beach and a BBQ.
