Country cottage in 8 acres of Surrey Hills AONB

Take a break in the peaceful surroundings of the Surrey Hills. This is a one-bed cottage with own bathroom, living room and kitchen. It is set in a private home on the outskirts of Shamley Green. Amazing walking and biking is all around and we are just 15 minutes by car from Guildford so very convenient. Lovely country pubs in walking distance. Set in over 8 acres of land and minutes from Blackheath nature reserve. The cottage is self contained and comfortable. Minimum 3 nights stay. The space The cottage has a living room with sofa and TV. One double bedroom, bathroom with bath/shower and small kitchen. There is also a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The cottage benefits from Fibre-to-Premises (FTP) WiFi. Guest access Off street parking available Other things to note As this is a family home, we do have a number of pets (dogs, cats, sheep!). We ask that the animals are not fed and that guests remain in the cottage area. We love having furry friends to stay to enjoy the space and countryside but request that pets stay off the sofa, bed and chairs in the cottage to keep it nice for future guests.
