Outdoor Space & River Access: ~ Shared access to the Rogue River, perfect for fishing, bird and wildlife watching or cooling off in the summer (swimming not recommended due to the swift current). ~ The river is not visible from the studio, but it’s just a short walk away. ~ You may hear a train whistle in the morning or evening—the tracks are across the river, and passing trains are usually short (3-10 cars long). Guest access ~ The entire studio is yours to enjoy, with shared access to the riverfront area. ~ Enter through the carport, where there are three steps leading into the studio. Other things to note 🚭 No smoking or vaping – If you smoke or vape, please do not book with us. 🐾 No animals of any kind – Due to the host’s allergies and the shared HVAC system, we cannot accommodate service animals or pets.
