Welcome to a cozy house from 1924! There is a large kitchen, four bedrooms, two tiled stoves, two large terraces, a large garden and access to toys and equipment for children. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac right next to the forest with 1.5 km to the beach, 3 km from Karlstad city center, 2 km to cross-country ski trails, 10 km to small ski slopes and 1h15 min to the nearest ski resort. You can stay here if you want to have a quiet and pleasant vacation close to everything, or if you want to stop on your way up north. The space There are 4 (+1) bedrooms containing a double bed, single bed, comfortable sofa bed for two, junior bed as well as two day beds with comfortable mattresses and a travel bed to use if necessary. Access is also available to a crib and travel crib. In addition to this, there is the possibility to sleep on a corner sofa or to use other space for more temporary beds if desired. There are two living rooms, one on each floor with an associated tiled stove. A large terrace and a roof terrace as well as a balcony. Large kitchen with all the equipment you might need. Children's room with toys and crafts. TV with Chromecast and Wi-Fi. Carport and bicycle storage. Bathroom upstairs and toilet downstairs. The surroundings are wonderful and there is plenty to do. Proximity to ski slopes, cross-country ski trails, mountain bike trails, city center, swimming area, playgrounds and Klarälven and Vänern. Here you can stay in the garden without any disturbances as the house is located at the end of a dead-end street. The south-facing balcony offers many good hours of sunshine. The bus runs 200 meters from the house, the railway station is 3.5 km away. By car, it takes five minutes to get to the city center.
