The patio has a pergola to provide shelter over the table and chairs for al fresco dining. Amenities include TV with Sky free to air channels plus French TV and internet access via the Orange, DVD player a mini HiFi There are 3 double and 1 twin bedroom. There is a double bedroom downstairs with a shower room and toilet next to it. The coast is 19 miles (30km) south where there are several beaches and coves including the seaside resort town of Damgan. Visit Branfere zoo, Tropical Park etc. The space tennis racquets, balls, spades plus a parasol and wind breaker for the beach. The village centre of Rochefort en Terre is within eay walking distance. The entrance to the chateau is 1 km (less than 1 mile) away. Here youwill find lots of gift shops, a tabacconist, ice cream, take-away crepes and plenty of restaurants, creperies and bars. Parking is 3 euros but usualy better to walk in to the village.l Other things to note Other Charges I do not add any other charges in addition to the rental cost for guests staying at Brita Cottage. Cleaning We expect guests to leave Brita Cottage clean and tidy and so there is no charge for cleaning. Arrival and Departure Guests may be able to arrive slightly earlier than the designated time for arrival or leave slightly later on their departure day. This depends on preceding and/or following guests bookings. Just ask me and I will let you know if this is possible. There is no extra charge for this. Tourist Tax You pay for this through your Airbnb booking.
