Gîte du Passe-Temps, on the Shore of Lac du Huit

Our cozy cottage is located in the peaceful area of Baie des Bouleaux at Lac du Huit. As the seasons change, you'll be charmed by its stunning views of the lake, mountains and beautiful sunsets. Whether for skiing, snowmobiling, board sports, hiking, golf or water sports, our cottage is the perfect place for a memorable stay with family or friends. Welcome to our home! The space The chalet has 3 floors. An open area on the ground floor with a dining room, a renovated kitchen, very well equipped and offering beautiful work surfaces and plenty of storage, a living room and a boudoir whose patio door gives you access to the balcony. A central wood-burning stove will warm you up on cooler days. A bathroom with shower and laundry area completes this floor. Upstairs are 2 spacious bedrooms with queen beds and large storage spaces, as well as a bathroom with a freestanding bathtub. The basement, with its high ceiling, exposed beams and impressive windows, offers a nice relaxation area, a foosball table and a games area. There is also the 3rd bedroom which can comfortably accommodate 4 guests thanks to its queen bed and bunk beds. An exit to the outside allows you to access the courtyard, terrace, fireplace and of course, the lake! Grass areas on both sides of the street are also available. The listed price is for 6 people. A maximum of 8 people are accepted during your stay. A surcharge is required for each additional person. Included: Dock access, 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards and float jackets. Safety is a must! Guest access The cottage is accessible by a small gravel road that runs through a wooded area. When approaching residences, the speed decreases to 15 km/h. Be sure to respect it and stay alert. Parking spaces are well marked. It is not advisable to park on the grassy areas because the false septic tank and the well are there. Significant damage must be avoided. Other things to note At the dock, our pontoon is moored there. It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to climb on it or to access it in any way. It is NOT included. Please comply with this.
