Stylish Suite for those looking for something nicer than a Motel in the City Heart. This 1 bedroom, second floor unit offers a King or split singles bedding configuration. Fully air-conditioned with lounge dining and office in a galley style layout. Separate bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom. No car needed walk to it all. The space With a metropolitan feel this Suite is in an F design shape. Being one of 4 tenancies in the building with this 1 bedroom Suite above office floor space below and a Beauty salon across the hall with a Coffee Shop below the Salon. Access is through the door from the shared door which will be locked in the evening and up the chandelier lit staircase to your private door to you Suite name Zara's Suite. The office desk is set up for those that need a practical work space, with a charging station and and Northerly view out the window. The living area is in a galle style with then a comfy lounge set up to view your HD TV accepting all streaming services you may have and free to air TV via Apps (no aerial). Then through to your dining area where you can peel off to the bedroom or to the wet areas. The bedroom offers a Deluxe King bed which can be split into 2 singles (upon request at time of booking) reverse cycle aircon, chair, charging stations and a clothes racking system. The kitchenette has a full size fridge, microwave (no oven or hot plates) combines the laundry with front loader washing machine and drying rack. The bathroom combines a shower with a view and the toilet and vanity all in as one. The property is as advertised in the photos. Guest access Guests will have access to to the downstairs lobby leading up to the Suite, and access to all rooms inside of the suite. Emergency exit is accessible through the kitchen, though we ask for this to not be used outside of an emergency. No private car park, with public car parking in the street and 50 meters away to the Library car park. Other things to note If a pet is found to be on the premises without approval a $150/per night fee will be charged and acceptance of this booking acknowledges this. There will be a $50-hour late key return fee charged if keys are not returned as per booking instructions. Our linen is supplied and washed by a commercial laundry. Although we try to accommodate alteration requests, please be advised we do not allow "rescheduling" of the Check-in date by a difference of more than 14 days.
