Roehaven- delightful Devon Yurt

An unforgettable escape reconnecting with nature in Roehaven, 18ft hand-crafted yurt built by a local Dartmoor business. A truly peaceful getaway where the only interruptions will be the sound of birdsong and the lambs in spring. Set in over 10 acres of glorious Devon countryside and just 20 minutes from the North Cornwall coast, Roehaven will provide the perfect detox from busy modern life. A cosy, off-grid hideaway complete with log burner, bathroom and kitchen area. The space Roehaven is designed to make you feel warm and cosy when tucked up inside whilst also making the most of the outdoors. The interior is fitted out with a double bed & 2 x single futons. There is a cute log-burner with wood provided to take away any evening chill. There is direct access to acres of countryside and both open air and covered spaces to chill out with a glass of something and a good book or cook on the bbq provided. Roehaven at Little Derril is perfectly located to explore the stunning coastline and surf beaches of North Cornwall and Devon, whilst rugged Dartmoor is just 30 minutes to the east. For keen cyclists, the National Cycle route 3 passes right by the end of the drive. For an even more relaxing treat try some reflexology, bookable with the host and available onsite. Guest access Guests have their own outside seating area, along with a covered shelter for cooking, eating, or just relaxing out of the sun (or showers!) Guests are also free to roam several acres of fields and woodland. Other things to note Roehaven is an off-grid holiday experience to shield you from the distractions of Wi-Fi etc. There is a constant hot water, shower, and flushing loo in a nearby unit. We may be able to accommodate up to two additional guests in a tent or camper sharing the facility. Additional charges would apply. 1 well behaved dog is welcome (£20 pet fee applies). Please note there is no enclosed garden. Guests must keep their dog under control.
